Pam Bright “The Cookie Lady”
Veterinary Receptionist

Pam B

Pam joined the AFAH team in June of 2004. Pam is a Northern Virginia native, having graduated High School in Fairfax County in 1975. She obtained her Accounting Degree in 1982. Pam loves animals and has been in customer service for most of her career, so to be a veterinary receptionist is the best of both worlds.

Pam shares her home with many pets. Her best friend is Scarlett, a Silky Terrier who is very loving, loyal, and sweet. Pam refers to Captain, a 14-year-old male Eclectus Parrott, as her “juvenile delinquent”. Then there is Tweety, a 4-year-old Nandy Conure, who is very sweet and loves to give kisses. Pam also cares for Oscars and Jack Demsey Fish. Now that’s a full house!

In her spare time, Pam enjoys photography and riding Harley Davidsons! She is proud to say that she has a grown son and a grandson.

Our clients refer to Pam as the “Cookie Lady” since she is the one that always makes sure every patient gets a goody! She considers herself the Grandma of the group as she is always looking out for all of us as if we were family.
